Coach B. is a NASM-certified trainer, gold medal powerlifter, and strength coach dedicated to helping clients build real, lasting results through intentional training, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
Her approach goes beyond workouts — combining strength development with nutrition and lifestyle coaching to create sustainable change that fits each client’s life.
Outside of coaching, Coach B is a pole instructor who also enjoys skating and scuba diving, reflecting her commitment to movement, discipline, and balance both in and out of the gym.
